Welcome to St. Michael's! We are a large Episcopal parish in the heart of Raleigh, N.C., in the Diocese of North Carolina. We thrive on welcoming all into our midst, as we Go Forth with God in discipleship and mission. Our vibrant outreach ministry supports refugee families and many organizations working to end hunger and provide safe, affordable housing and job security and education to those in need in our community and in the world. We are traditional in our liturgy and music and radical in our welcome. Our in-parish gift shop, The Canterbury Shop, supports our outreach and mission efforts with every purchase made.Our children worship in age-appropriate chapels, and we have active and supportive ministries for youth, young adults, families with young children, empty nesters and the elderly.
