In Their Voices is a series of video conversations with conflict practitioners, researchers and teachers. These are informal, relaxed, extended and unrehearsed conversations. In Their Voices will be an inspiring resource for anyone interested in conflict resolution, mediation, conflict coaching and the process of learning from and through experience. While writing The Guide to Reflective Practice in Conflict Resolution, I imagined including the perspectives, experiences and wisdom of others—their voices not merely quotes from their writings. In addition to the initial set of conversations—Sue Bronson, Tammy Lenski, Howard Herman and Deirdre Curran—I will add videos regularly with practitioners, researchers and educators such as John Ford, Cinnie Noble, Susan Terry, Cheryl Jamison, Chuck Newman as well as Margaret Ross and Greg Rooney.
