Hello! My name is Gio, Creator of "Gio en la Cocina". I am a Cuban native who's passion has always been in the Kitchen. Growing up my mom taught me all the tips and tricks I know today. We used to not only cook for our family but others as well. Even making a living out of it at times while cooking "Croquetas" and other Cuban Pastries for our neighborhood in Havana. So I decided to bring my passion to YouTube and share my Kitchen flavors with you all. What I love the most aside from sharing my cooking with friends and family is teaching them my recipes!
