Just over four years ago I lost my best friend who was like a big brother to me. He was one of the most influential and important people in my life. And to be honest, I wouldn't be the person I am today if it wasn't for him.
Mark battled severe depression for years, and while I know that daily movement might not of cured his depression, it may have stopped him from killing himself.
Jess and myself decided to create this channel to honour Mark's life and to give back through the gift of movement
Our workouts can be done at your own pace and modified if necessary. We want you to be able to get the best workout possible.
We want to have a channel that is inclusive to everyone. So come sweat with us and have fun doing it!
