I made this video because, in the past, there was a youtube channel about Professor Layton called "Picarats". I was a big fan of their music mixes and this video is a tribute to them. 

Friends of mine who do not even listen to Video Game Music listen to this mix, and I even listen to it several times a year. It has a very special place in my heart, and I hope yours too.

I remember modifying the wallpaper in my Photoshop. Adding these two guys at the bottom, the logo, and picking this neat purple color. I even added this "golden frame" for a more prestigious and glorious feeling.

This comp uses almost all Live versions of Layton music and, to me, that's why it is so pleasing to listen. Orchestras nailed them all.

May this compilation stay on Youtube forever~ Thanks Professor Layton fans.

Hey 😊 I want to share a mix that I've just listened to with you.
As I know some of you like, here's the background story of it 👇

This mix is one of my earliest, and I thought it was a fantastic compilation at the time.

Just a year before, I uploaded the "Pokemon: Season Collection" (who remembers these? :D)... and I wanted to do the same with Nintendo songs!

So I started with the spring-theme video, and since I need to *feel* the spring vibes to make it as good as possible, I made the comp during this season... and posted it during early Summer.

Unfortunately, the mix never received much love. And that's for two main reasons:

1) I posted it in summer, and people prefer listening to Summer theme comps during this season (I mean... it makes sense to me now)

2) This is a combination of relaxing & happy songs, so it's neither good to stay concentrated, nor to listen to an energetic playlist that makes you happy

But at the time, seeing only a few views made me believe it was just bad. And then I ignored it, never made a sequel, and I even renamed it "NINTENDO • Cool & Calming Music Compilation".

But now, I finally realize... yeah, it is a good mix. Made with love and effort, and even if it didn't get much attention... that doesn't mean it's just bad, right?

So I want you to listen to it now that it's still Spring! and, if you want, tell me what you think of it.

It's not the best mix to study, not the best to stay motivated, but I believe it's heart-warming!
