Even the same mixture but a different bartender makes it taste different.”-Sandy As a first-generation immigrant from China , I came to the United States in 2004 . I learned all the history and culture from textbooks or online before immigration. When I came here, I had the opportunity to explore in person when we travel or talk to our American friends. I have been dreaming of learning making cocktails for decades, finally, during Pandemic I had this opportunity to develop my hobby at home. It is never too late to develop your hobby. Life is so colorful just as the colorful cocktails.
