He is the Director of Retreats in the Catholic Diocese of Issele-Uku. He is the Spiritual Director of the Lumen Christi Family Adoration Ministry, Maryland, Issele-Uku and now God has expanded his ministry by giving to him another prayer ground known as Restoration Prayer Garden City, Maryhill, Owanta both in Delta State, Nigeria. Fr. Dibie is a Colossal Charismatic Crusader and an untiring powerful preacher, who has traversed the country and beyond, teaching and praying in seminars, retreats, crusades, confrences, workshops etc. He is a musician, a lover of music with many tapes and CDs/DVDs, he has a satellite television station that covers the whole of Europe, Asia and Africa continent known as CEMADON TV. He is also an educationist and runs a motherless babies homes and psychiatrist home.
