Taking my book/kindle everywhere I go because I’m obsessed with reading ❤️ I just finished reading Daisy Jones & The Six and got some requests for spoiler free reviews so here’s mine: ⭐️ I gave the book 1 single star. I think I came to it with a lot of expectations since “The Seven Husbands Of Evelyn Hugo” by the same author became one of my favorite books from the beginning and I thought the story was so beautiful, different and, captivating… can’t say the same for this book. The story is told as a documentary where every character gives their own impression of how things happened & it basically tells you the story of the band “The Six” and how they met Daisy and became a group (and of course all the ups and downs and unexpected outcomes)… but THAT’S IT. At the end of the book I thought “okayyy and..??” I felt like I read a pointless story and to be honest it didn’t even catch my attention at any point. Of course this is JUST MY OPINION and you can read it and have your own but I just wanted to share haha :) With that being said I loved some quotes and wrote them on my notes (I love doing this I literally have a whole podcast just talking about my favorite quotes) so I wanted to also share that! 🙆🏻♀️⭐️ If you read the book what did you think of it? Hi besties!!! A new video will be up today and I’m so excited for you to see (grab your popcorn because it’s a LONG ONE) but I just thought about coming in here and ask for your help… last Friday my baby had some pain in her body (we think it was her liver/kidney since her exams showed VERY HIGH LIVER ENZYMES) so we had to go to the emergency since she was screaming in pain and trembling + not wanting to eat… of course my family and I had a rough week taking care of her and had to do an ultrasound to check for cancer/tumors which fortunately isn’t the case! But we still have to buy some medicine for her treatment for inflammation in her 2 very important organs…so grateful for everyone that help Maggie out on this situation ❤️ She’s my best friend since I was 8 years old and I just want to see her thriving again 💕 Here’s the link to donate: https://gofund.me/14d87d7a Again… THANK YOU.

Hey besties!!! The whole post is up on my Instagram but I wanted to share with you what I wrote since I got super inspired and I know some If you don’t have IG but if you do: @danifernandez.go :) ❤️ “If it’s important for you, you’ll find a way, if it’s not, you’ll find excuses” Here to give you some tough love because I know I needed that too :) For wayyy to long I found 82626 excuses not to get better and prioritize my health… “It’s too soon, I’m not sick enough” “It’s too much food, I’ll get bloated” “I’ll feel guilty so I would rather stay the same” “I feel comfortable where I am so I don’t feel the need to change” “I can’t stop working out, the gym is the only place I feel good” All of that (and more) were just excuses I would tell myself not to prioritize what’s truly important… 💕 MY HEALTH 💕 You could say I’m now “all in”. Not high intensity workouts (just slow walks and yoga/pilates) and eating in a surplus everyday ❤️ I don’t allow myself to overthink anymore… I just DO IT! Because I found my reasons why I want to get better ❤️ so I’d you’re reading this I hope you know that you’re also capable of going after your goals! You just need to stop making so many excuses :) I get so many DM’s everyday of girls/boys needing some help and although I wish I could… I’m not a qualified professional to do so… I’m here as a friend to inspire to do better FOR YOU! To seek out for help if needed, and to tell you not to lose hope and prioritize what truly matters in life ☀️ I’m not going to stop loving you if you gain weight. Or stop being the fastest athlete, or stronger lifter. I care about YOU AS A PERSON & your happiness in this short life ✌️ Anyways too much of me talking I hope that inspires you today and you get to enjoy your weekend to the fullest! LOVE YOU!!

It’s funny how sometimes an ED it’s portrayed as just a girl not eating at all… I still remember the questions I would get when my mom would talk about it with others… “So, you don’t eat anything?” 😬🙄 In reality an ED is a set of behaviors that get stuck in your brain, regardless of how you look like, regardless of your weight… and yes most of the people that struggle DO EAT, they just have certain habits and rules around it (for me this was the most embarrassing but HARD thing to break) Here’s one I used to think I wasn’t going to be able to break ever… leaving that tiny piece of food on every meal… & although physically it wasn’t making any change, mentally I was being a slave of the ED and doing everything according to the rules (which was making me more sick mentally) So I encourage you today to find ONE habit you’ve been engaging in that might seem harmless from the outside but it’s truly damaging your mental health and keeping you a slave. How? BY DOING WITH FEAR! Eat that last bite even if it feels like your whole world is going to tear apart. Realize nothing bad happens. Repeat. Multiple times until you don’t even have to think about it. You can pick ANY habit. Counting steps and reaching a certain amount, waiting specific hours, rituals around eating, changing your silverware, etc. You ARE STRONG and I believe that you CAN do it ❤️ remember my DM’s are always open! Most commonly asked question on my DM’s right now… I wish someone would’ve told me: 🤷♀️ You are not the victim. You want to have the life someone else has? You want to have that freedom around food? You want to go out for a spontaneous dinner or coffee date? YOU DO IT. It’s up to you and no one else! Yeah it’s scary, in most of the pictures of me last year between July and November (the months I truly committed to beating every fear around food I had) I was smiling through the fear. I did it multiples times. I felt guilty. I felt negative thoughts coming every damn time. I had urges to compensate in any way. But I didn’t! And here I am now 😌🕺 Now I’m happy when someone invites me out! Now I get excited about thinking of traveling and how exciting it is to try new foods! Now I don’t think twice about compensating because I now know food is just food and it doesn’t have the power to make me miserable anymore… It’s up to YOU! To want to change and make the right choices in 2023 ❤️ I’m here to inspire you and share but I can’t really eat for you 🥺 love you & I know you have the strength in you! You just gotta find the real you that’s coming from within and stop listening to the dumb voices telling you you’re not worth it or enough :)
