Hi everyone,

A warm welcome to all the new members of our growing community! I'm glad you're here. For those of you who have been part of this journey for a while, thank you for watching my latest video on self-confidence—I really appreciate your support and feedback. Stay tuned for the next video on optimizing psychological and social health for the year ahead.

I saw in the comments that some of you are interested in the self-fidelity diary exercise—so I’ll definitely make a video on how to do that to build up authentic self-confidence. I’m going to continue looking at the comments for future video ideas so please continue to share your thoughts there.

As we approach this special time of year, I want to take a moment to express my gratitude to all of you who come to the channel. Your encouragement and feedback keep me motivated to keep creating.

Wishing you all the best in this season of reflection and appreciation.

Cheers,
Dr Thomas Smithyman

Hi everyone, welcome to the channel. It’s awesome to see so many new faces here. Thanks for checking out my latest video, "Become Better Looking through Psychology."

I’m excited to see all the great conversations about how traits like kindness and honesty can actually make you seem more physically attractive.

If you found that interesting, stick around. In the next video, we’ll look at a powerful trait that can boost your overall attractiveness—not just your looks.

Thrilled to have been a part of Tejas Hullur’s incredible series “How To Become More Attractive, Scientifically.” It was an honor (and a lot of fun) to go on this journey of exploring what attractiveness really means.

Tejas just wrapped the series with a very humorous and impactful final episode that I was lucky enough to contribute to, diving deep into the science of dating and non-physical aspects of attractiveness.

Huge shoutout to Hope Needles, who helped edit.

This episode is packed with actionable tips you don’t want to miss! Tejas is making a real impact on this platform, so if you haven’t already, go check it out on Tejas Hullur ( https://youtube.com/@tejashullur?si=uHhdKQBCED1wWwNn )
