Some years ago I was very lost, angry and unhappy. Then I went on quite a quest in search for happiness. During it I learnt a lot about myself, about the human nature and the things that really make us happy. I think it all starts with mindfulness, and with this channel I want to help people find more of it in their daily lives. I am also a big enthusiast of healthy living, running, meditation, breathing practices, yoga, reading and things of that matter.
