The Law Offices of Adam Dayan was started in 2009 with the primary purpose of representing families of children with special needs to pursue the rights and protections to which they are entitled. As a result, the firm predominantly focuses on representing parents of children with special needs in pursuing appropriate educational programs and services for their children under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act. Children with special needs deserve a quality education and long-term financial security. We make sure they receive both. Our offices are located in New York City. Curious Incident: A Podcast for Special Needs Families Our podcast will consist of interviews with professionals in the field of special education who can be resources to special needs families looking for guidance about how to help their children.
