Why The Coach: As per the UNDP report of 2020, Pakistan happens to be the 6th most populous country on the Globe with 65% of its population falling under the age of 30. The country enjoys a huge advantage in terms of its access to a very young population, a luxury not available to a large number of countries. Unfortunately, this advantage is endangered by the fact that only an insignificant percentage of 6% of this young population has an education exposure of 12 years or more. Hence the young population is largely uneducated, unaware of the modern dynamics and unprepared for the challenging times ahead.
