Hello, busy bees!
We all have a hard time quieting our minds sometimes, whether it's from anxiety, stress, PTSD/C-PTSD, parenting struggles, relationship tensions, work, and many other things!
I created this channel to blend my therapeutic background with my love and appreciation for ASMR. I hope that you find it relaxing and supportive.
A little about me:
*I am a therapist in WA state.
*I am obsessed with Labradoodles.
*You will frequently see me drinking coffee, tea, or other fun beverages like smoothies and kombucha.
I believe that ASMR can be a powerful tool to teach the body what safety feels like. Many people are regularly functioning at a level of dysregulation that has begun to feel normal. ASMR is one method that can help show the nervous system that being in a state other than chronic tension and fight or flight is possible.
I hope that The Quiet Bee channel helps you to experience peace, calm, and hope.
