The EUROPE project focuses on the implementation in a broader European context of a novel approach, known as the Quiet Time based on Transcendental Meditation (TM®) programme.
The Quiet Time/TM programme promotes successful inclusive education for all pupils, including those with special needs, by making schools learning communities in which a sense of inclusion and mutual support is nurtured and in which the talents of all pupils are fostered.
Also, it enhances strong leadership, empowerment, motivation and innovative high-quality teaching, increase resilience and reduces burnout, increases mental health and emotional intelligence.
