The improvisatory part of the concert is something that John has done multiple times in concert settings, and it is always fun, funny, moving, and mind-blowingly amazing to see and hear! Aphoria is the place I go to share my piano improvisations (the first volume of which we released last year to all streaming services) as well as other original creations geared towards assisting with meditation, sleep, focus and more.

I co-run the channel with Megan and our good friend John, who started it to help himself with sleep and anxiety.  The three of us are hoping we can bring a positive and helpful soundscape to as many people as possible through the work we create for Aphoria.
