The order directs  agencies to provide "emergency price relief" by addressing housing costs and regulatory burdens. While it doesn’t lay out specific actions, it signals a push to reduce red tape and possibly use federal land for housing development. This builds on his 2019 Executive Order 13878, which aimed to remove regulatory barriers to affordable housing. His approach focuses on cutting regulations and expanding supply to make housing more affordable. STAY TUNED!
