Dylan is a young drummer from Pembrokeshire. He is one of the youngest in Wales if not the whole of the U.K. to gain a distinction at Grade 8 (10 years old at the time)and has since achieved 2 more (different) Grade 8's, again with distinction. Dylan is drummer for South Wales based function band The Coastals, as well as his school and County bands and orchestras. Dylan won the Drum Class, Open Percussion Class and Overall Open Instrumentalist at the 2017 Pembrokeshire Primary School Music Festival sponsored by Valero. His influences are his teachers Jack Beddis and Peter James as well as drummers such as Pete Ray Biggin (Level 42, PBUG), Bernie Dresel, Karl Brazil (Robbie Williams, Feeder), Gilson Lavis (Jools Holland, Squeeze), Keith Carlock, Mark Guiliana and Benny Greb, most of whom Dylan has attended clinics and masterclasses with.
