I am Jennyfer and together with my partner and our dog, we've decided to move from a big city like Rome to the Tuscany countryside in order to live more immersed and connected with nature. Our project is to renovate an abandoned small house and regenerate an olive grove in Italy. We are passionate about outdoor activities, permaculture and agro-ecology, self-sufficiency, but also hiking, cycling and discovering the beauty on this world. We have decided to documenting this life-change project here on Youtube in order to get inspired and learning.
