Guys it’s been a while and I’ve got some BIG UPDATES!!

First I want to apologize for being so MIA. I had to give 1000% to the last week of my 12-weeks year to hit all my goals and I did just that! (Recap coming soon)

Also, unfortunately I have fallen sick. So as part of my reflection time and recovery time I will be taking the remainder of this week off to heal and also plan for the next 12-weeks, which starts next week!
