4. Activists declare civil engineers to be "white supremacists" 

Minneapolis represents just 4% of police officers in the state. 
Minneapolis also represents 46% of homicides in the state. 

On Monday, the DOJ in Minneapolis touted their past success of reform decrees, citing Albuquerque as an example.

The problem? Homicides in Albuquerque exploded under DOJ guidance.
