Held in beautiful Sonora, MX, the event boasts spectacular views, uncharted trails and massive dunes. SONORA RALLY NATIONAL CLASSES ARE OPEN TO MOTORCYCLES, UTV’S, AND CARS (2WD AND 4WD), INCLUDING THE NEW NON- RACING ADVENTURE RAID CLASS. Already a mainstream racing success in Europe, Africa and South America, rally raid is quickly becoming a huge racing passion in North America. From the beginning, Sonora Rally organizers have tried to fuel that passion and grow the sport authentically, by bringing their many years of international rally experience to the event. Sonora Rally is the only race in North America to be an official “Road to Dakar” event, giving it world wide media attention and a prestigious association with the Dakar Rally.
