Last year I was celebrating my 100th subscriber and I was ecstatic! In a year I managed to gain 800 subscribers and words cannot describe my joy that I achieved this. One of the dishes I didn’t have the honour of trying in the Netherlands was Kapsalon!! Well… Dutchies I am summoning you! 😂 I made my own version of Kapsalon! I used all the knowledge and techniques I amassed while reacting/taste-testing gyros recipes and by eating wonderful döners in Germany. Can you please watch it and let me know how I did?

To all my US viewers and subscribers, but also to anyone else celebrating today: HAPPY THANKSGIVING! Have lots of fun, eat a lot and enjoy your time with loved ones. Remember to take at least one photo to immortalise this wonderful holiday. Here in Cyprus we do not celebrate it, but I personally do. Either the weekend before or after Thanksgiving I invite a few loved ones and together we eat roasted chicken/turkey and veggies, stuffing, raspberry sauce and literally a half gallon of gravy. It’s divine! But I have a lot to be thankful for! As of last week my channel hit the first Tier of monetisation and we are only 100something subscribers from 1000, and 500 watch hours to reach 4000hrs. P.S⬇️ This is my raspberry sauce (couldn’t find cranberries) with cinnamon, nutmeg and fruit pectin. I blended it and passed it through the sieve but kept some of the seeds to give it a bite. What do you think of it?

This is me, taking a photo in Amsterdam being completely clueless that the video I would make about Dutch food would become viral to my channel’s standards!!! THANK YOU NETHERLANDS FOR 30000 views! I can’t… even…. vocalise my joy!!! You guys are great and your comments are so helpful and polite. You forgiven a lot of the rookie mistakes I made in the naming, ordering or eating your various wonderful dishes! Thank you all for your tips on what to eat and try on my next trip in NL, which I will definitely use. I definitely plan to come back again for a part 2 which hopefully will represent Dutch food more accurately! 

I made another video where my central argument is that  Berlin is the FOODIE capital of Europe! Sorry Amsterdam! But Amsterdam will always have a special place in my heart! Please check out my recent video! It will help my channel a lot!
