आज नामदेव ढसाळ यांची जयंती त्यांना 'प्रबुद्ध भारत' कडून जयंतीदिनी विनम्र अभिवादन !!!

संस्थेचे राष्ट्रीय कार्याध्यक्ष आदरणीय डॉ. भिमराव य. आंबेडकर यांच्या मार्गदर्शनाखाली, केंद्रीय मिटींग क्रमांक 76 मध्ये, बुधवार दिनांक 15/01/2025 रोजी राज्यस्तरीय बोधिसत्व वम्मज्ञान परीक्षा समितीने एकमताने मांडलेल्या प्रस्तावावर चर्चा करुन, सर्वानुमते घेण्यांत आलेल्या निर्णयानुसार महाराष्ट्र राज्य व मुंबई प्रदेश अंतर्गत असलेल्या सर्व जिल्हा / झोन शाखांच्या नियंत्रण / निरीक्षणाखाली तमाम तालुका / शहरांतील, समस्त ग्राम / वार्ड शाखांमधील बुध्द विहारांत / कार्यालयात / शाळेत राज्यस्तरीय बोधिसत्व धम्मज्ञान परीक्षाद्वारे दिनांक 13.04.2025 रोजी ज्ञानाचे महामेरु, प्रज्ञासूर्य, सिम्बॉल ऑफ नॉलेज बोधिसत्व डॉ बाबासाहेव आंबेडकर यांच्या जयंतीच्या पूर्वसंध्येला त्यांना अभूतपूर्व अभिवादन करण्यासाठी खालीलप्रमाणे आयोजन करण्यांत येत आहे.

According to Suresh Dhas, if injustice is done to the non-Maratha community, settle it and if injustice is done to the Maratha community, give justice to it.  

This double standards of Suresh Dhas is wrong and spreading hatred in the society.

सोमनाथ सूर्यवंशी यांची पोलीस कोठडीत हत्या होऊन 50 पेक्षा जास्त दिवस उलटून गेल्यानंतरही गुन्हेगार पोलीस अधिकारी मोकाट फिरत आहेत आणि महाराष्ट्र गृहमंत्रालय आरोपींना संरक्षण देण्यात मश्गूल आहे.

The juxtaposition of serious allegations against PI Ghorband with images of him in a jovial mood alongside the Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde has deepened public distrust in the system. 

It underscores a perceived disconnect between the state's leadership and the pursuit of justice for marginalized communities.

The death of 35-year-old law student Somnath Suryavanshi while in judicial custody has sparked serious concerns about police brutality and accountability in Parbhani.

A recent photograph showing Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and PI Ghorband laughing together has fueled public anger. 
Many see it as a blatant disregard for justice, deepening the outrage over what is widely viewed as a case of custodial violence.

घटनाक्रम खालीलप्रमाणे:

परभणीत १० डिसेंबर ला सकाळी झालेला हिंदुत्ववादी संघटनांचा मोर्चा. 

सायंकाळी 4 च्या आसपास संविधान शिल्पाची विटंबना आणि जनतेने पकडलेल्या गुन्हेगाराला माथेफिरू ठरविण्याचा प्रयत्न.

त्यातही ज्याला पकडलं गेलं ते जनतेनं पकडलेलं आहे पण त्याव्यतिरिक्त "जो पळून गेलाय त्याचा शोध पोलिसांनी घ्यावा" अशी मागणी बाळासाहेबांनी केली होती पण पकडल्या गेलेल्या व्यक्तीच्या सोबतच्या इतर साथीदारांना पकडण्याबाबत कुठलेही प्रयत्न किंवा वाच्यता पोलीस यंत्रणेकडून केलेली दिसत नाही.

विटंबनेविरुद्ध आंबेडकरवादी समूहाने शांततेत निषेध नोंदवून तो समूह घरी गेल्यानंतर परभणीत काही मोडतोडीच्या घटना जरी दिसत असला तरी त्या घडल्या कशा यावर बाळासाहेबांनी प्रश्न केलेला असतानाही प्रशासन यावर गप्प बसताना दिसते.

टायर जाळण्यासारख्या घटना घडताना सुध्दा त्यात कुठेही इतर समूहांना इजा पोहोचवण्याचा उद्देश किंवा इतर समूहातील लोकांवर प्राणघातक हिंसक कारवाई केल्याचं आढळून येत नाही. मग असं असतानाही दुसऱ्या दिवशी पोलिसांनी परभणीत राबवलेलं कोंबिंग ऑपरेशन आंबेडकरी समूहाविरुद्ध एवढं कठोर-तीव्र-आक्रमक का?

सोमनाथ सूर्यवंशी यांचा आंदोलनातील एक उपलब्ध फोटो हे दर्शवतो की तो शांततेच्या मार्गाने आंदोलन करत आहे. मग तरीही सोमनाथ वर पोलिसांनी त्याचा जीव जाण्यापर्यंत अत्याचार कुठल्या मानसिकतेतून केलेत.

कोंबिंग ऑपरेशन दरम्यान पोलिसांनी केलेला आंबेडकरी समूहावरील अत्याचार हा काही दृष्यांत स्पष्ट दिसतोय, तो का झालेला आहे आणि त्यातील क्रूरता काय दर्शवते.? संविधानाच्या रक्षणासाठी लढणारी आंबेडकरवादी जनतेसोबत दहशतवाद्यांसोबत करावी अशी treatment पोलिसांनी केलेली स्पष्ट दिसते ती का? 
आणि कोणाच्या आदेशावरून?

सर्वात महत्वाचं म्हणजे पोलीस कोंबिंग ऑपरेशन दरम्यान आंबेडकरवादी समूहाच्या गाड्या फोडताना दिसतात ही पोलिसांची कुठली मानसिकता होती? हे पोलिसांच्या कुठल्या तत्वात बसतं? आणि एवढं सगळं करूनही पोलिसांवर गुन्हे दाखल नाहीत, का?

बाळासाहेबांनी उपस्थित केलेल्या प्रश्नाप्रमाणे "ह्या पोलिसांतील unguided missile आहेत. अशांना पोसण्याचं काम कोण करतंय? काठी किंवा फायबर स्टीक ने पोलीस मारतात. लोखंडी रॉड ने जनतेला मारण्याचा प्रकार पोलिसांत कधीपासून सुरू झाला?

4 दिवस सोमनाथ सारखा सुशिक्षित तरुण कोठडीत असताना त्याच्या परिवाराला पोलिससंकडून कळवले नाही, का? हा सोमनाथच्या आईने उपस्थित केलेला प्रश्न गंभीर आहे.

सोमनाथचा कस्टडीत मृत्यू झाल्यानंतरच पोलीस परिवाराला कळवते, हे कायद्याला धरून नाही. पदोपदी पोलिसांचं वर्तन ह्या प्रकरणात संशयास्पद आढळून येतं.

पुढे पोस्टमोर्टम रिपोर्ट येण्याआधीच आदल्या दिवशीच छातीत कळ आल्याने मृत्यू ही पोलिसांनी उभी केलेली थियरी. त्याच थियरीला पोस्टमोर्टम रिपोर्ट येण्या अगोदर काही तास आधी स्थानिक आमदार यांनी नागपूरच्या अधिवेशनात मीडियाशी बोलताना दिलेला दुजोरा. आणि तीच थियरी २० तारखेला विधिमंडळात उत्तर देताना फडणवीसांनी पुढे रेटणे हे राज्यात सुरू काय आहे.? विशेषतः पोस्ट मोर्टम रिपोर्ट स्पष्ट सांगतो की multiple injuries मुळे सोमनाथचा मृत्यू झालेला आहे.

दरम्यान १४ डिसेंबरला सुजात आंबेडकर यांनी परभणीतील पीडितांना दिलेली भेट, ही परभणीतील लढाऊ आंबेडकरवादी समूहासाठी प्रचंड दिलासादायक होती.. कलेक्टर व पोलीस प्रमुखांशी भेटून त्यांनी घडलेल्या पोलिसी कारवाईवर नाराजी व्यक्त केलेली दिसते.

१५ डिसेंबरला सोमनाथच्या मृत्यूची बातमी येते. ती येताच बाळासाहेबांनी लगेच सोमनाथच्या शवविच्छेदनासाठी in camera करण्याचा व एकाच वेळी शवविच्छेदन तज्ञ व फॉरेन्सिक तज्ञ अशा दोघांच्या टीमच्या उपस्थितीत करण्याची मागणी केली व त्यासाठी प्रयत्न केलेले आपल्याला दिसतात.

डिसेंबर च्या १६ तारखेला डॉट १२  वाजता बाळासाहेब परभणीत होते.. आणि त्या दिवसाच्या शवविच्छेदन पासून त्याच्या पार्थिव देहाची विटंबना न करता परभणीला न आणता लातूरला पाठवण्याच्या पोलिसांच्या कृतीचा बाळासाहेबांनी समाचार घेतलेला दिसतो व त्याचे अंत्यसंस्कार होई पर्यंत बाळासाहेबांचं on field थांबणं हे इतक्या दुःखद प्रसंगी ही प्रचंड आश्वासक होतं.
१६ तारखेलाच बाळासाहेब इतर सर्व पीडितांना भेटतात. 

 परभणीतील वकिलांना भेटून केस संदर्भात सूचना देतात. पीडित कुटुंबाला १ कोटी व एक व्यक्तीला नोकरी देण्याची व दोषींवर कठोरात कठोर कारवाई करण्याची मागणी बाळासाहेबांनी वारंवार लावलेली दिसते.

मधल्या काळात दोन वेळा ह्या अत्याचारासंदर्भात बाळासाहेब मुख्यमंत्र्यांना भेटलेत. कारवाईची मागणी केलेली आहे.

सातत्याने ह्या प्रकरणाचा पाठपुरावा करत आहेत. त्यातच अकोल्यात सूर्यवंशी कुटुंबाची भेट व बाळासाहेबांच्या सूचना.

बीड मधील पीडित देशमुख कुटुंबीयांनी ही बाळासाहेबांची भेट घेणं असो किंवा आता सूर्यवंशी कुटुंबाने शासनाने देऊ केलेली १० लाखांची मदत नाकारून दाखवलेल्या स्वाभिमानी वृत्तीला साद देत बाळासाहेबांनी सूर्यवंशी व वाकोडे कुटुंबियांना देऊ केलेली मदत व त्यासाठी जनतेला केलेलं आवाहन हे बाळासाहेब झुंजणाऱ्या, लढणाऱ्या समाजसोबत वेळोवेळी कसे सदैव पाठीशी राहतात ह्याचं द्योतक आहे.

I pay my homage to my grandmother Ramabai Ambedkar on her birthday anniversary today.

Ramabai Ambedkar stood like a rock through every tempest, encouraging and supporting Babasaheb in his endeavour for higher education and his mammoth strides in the upliftment of the Dalits. 

In a letter written by Babasaheb, while in London, on December 30, 1930, to Ramabai, Babasaheb wrote — 

“Rama, what if you had not come in my life?
Had I not met you as a life companion, then? What would have happened then?

Rama, if you had not come into my life? What if you hadn't found me as a partner? What would have happened?

A woman who only considers worldly happiness as her goal would have left me. Who would like to be half-fed, go in search of cow-dung  and work to make upla? Going to collect fuel for cooking, who would like that in Bombay? Repair the house, sew the torn clothes, run the household with meagre grains, which can be only fill a matchbox — if you had not liked my instructions I would have been torn, I would be in an emotional turmoil.

My firmness would have cracked. Wave/high tide of my aspirations would have receded/disappeared in the thin air without you being you. The game of my dreams would have been completely ruined.

Rama, all the music of my life would have become unpleasant. Everything would have been twisted. Everything would be sorrow. I would probably have remained a dwarf plant.

Take care of yourself, as you take care of me. I will be leaving soon to come back. Do not worry.”

Mumbai (6th February 2025) :
A meeting between Social Justice Department Chief Secretary Dr. Harshdeep Kamble and Vanchit Bahujan Yuva Aghadi, State Committee including Rajendra Patode, Amit Bhuigal, Vishal Gawli and Amol Landge were concluded today.

Agenda: Various students' issues related to Research Scholarships, Caste Validity, Training at Swadhar and BARTI were discussed and an action plan was devised.

Dr. Kamble wrote down all these matters himself and assured that he will start administrative proceedings immediately. He also assured the state officials of Vanchit Bahujan Yuva Aghadi that he will take action in relation to the interests and welfare of people belonging to scheduled castes in Maharashtra state.

The issues are as follows:

 1. There are many Vacancies of Government Hostel in Social Justice Department of Maharashtra State.  
The process of filling them should be started immediately. Also, the number of hostels should be increased.

 2. Swadhaar money of social justice department of Maharashtra state is being paid to the students even though the financial year is ending but the money is still not received, the reason is also there is technical problem in Swadhaar software but until this problem is solved the Swadhaar money should be paid to the students immediately by applying offline.

 3. Atrocity cases in the state are pending and financial assistance has not been given to them yet. For the last eight years, the high power committee meeting under the jurisdiction of the Chief Minister has not been held. Vigilance committees have not been established at the department and district level. Immediate action should be taken in this regard and funds should be made available to the victims.

 4. Even if the beneficiary of the pre-matriculation scholarship scheme in the state has completed the year, the students have not received the benefit, but immediate action should be taken in this regard.

 5. During the tenure of Eknath Shinde, the government has decided to double the Ramai Gharkul Awas Yojana fund in the cabinet and its government decision is pending, this action should be taken.

 6. The quality of food provided to the students in the government hostels of Maharashtra state has deteriorated. The food supply is not regular due to the fact that the funds given by the government for the food of the students in the government hostels have not been received since July 2024 till date. Due to this, the students are being harassed.

 7. Through Mahajyoti direct the concerned to implement the scheme "Finance Assistance Scheme for Personality Test/Interview for Passed Students of Maharashtra Government Public Service Commission (Food & Drug Administrative Service) Main Examination-2023".

 8. Karmaveer Dadasaheb Gaikwad Empowerment and Self Esteem Scheme In the last several years, it is not seen that this scheme has been implemented anywhere in the state of Maharashtra. This scheme should be fully strengthened and implemented in the entire state.

 9. Training, caste registration staff, caste registration system at Barti were also discussed. Problems of research students in different batches, constantly changing norms and rules are causing constant agitations. Therefore all demands should be settled.

 10. Evidence was presented to the Chief Secretary Dr. Harshdeep Kamble regarding the reformation of the officers at Barti and its controversial working style.

 11. It was also demanded that the income limit for foreign scholarship should be removed and the number of students should be increased to 500.

Buddhist Society Dialogue Tour concluded at Mumbai Dahisar on 5th Feb. 2025.

Mumbai: The first dialogue tour of the Buddhist community was completed in Dahisar East, Mumbai. Political, social and religious issues were resolved through dialogue.

On this occasion, Vanchit Bahujan Aghadi State Member Amit Bhuigal, Yuva Aghadi General Secretary Rajendra Patode guided and interacted with the attendees.

Vilas Pagare (Bouddhacharya) of Indian Buddhist Mahasabha, Suchitra Ahire (Samata Sainik Dal) Zone Four President Sunita Tai Gaikwad, Mumbai President (Women), Ashatai Magar (Mumbai Member), Deepak Bhau Hanwate etc. activists and officials were present.

डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकरांनी सुरू केलेल्या प्रबुद्ध भारतला 69 वर्षे पूर्ण झाली असून, आपण 70व्या वर्षात पदार्पण करीत आहोत. संविधानवादी, फुले-आंबेडकरवादी विचार परंपरा मानणाऱ्या सर्व भारतीयांचे मुखपत्र म्हणून 'प्रबुद्ध भारत' विधायक भूमिका पार पाडत आहे. या ऐतिहासिक ठेवा असलेल्या प्रबुद्ध भारतच्या वर्धापन दिनानिमित्त सर्वांना हार्दिक शुभेच्छा..!
