Beautiful Souls, have any of you been caught in the global travel tangle?  I apologize for missing the last 2 mornings of live meditation.  I've been trapped in the global travel tangle and I could not get out!  I thought by taking a bus I was free and clear but nooooo. The bus engine overheated and we were stranded for hours.  It took 23 hours to make the trip home (still faster than the airlines would have gotten me here, but crazy long and exhausting nonetheless.  I made lots of new friends and with proper sleep, we'll be back in our live meditation flow tomorrow.  See you Wed. at  6:45  EST for Benefits Day.

Welcome to there beautiful city of Madrid.  This happy traveler is heading out for her first day of adventures in Madrid. I love to wander in new places and Madrid is gorgeous at every turn.  Today I have a tour of the Prado museum. As I only have a few hours in Madrid, I' ve booked a guide. The Prado is one of the largest art collections in Europe and history nerd that I am I love learning history through art.  Drop me a me too in the comments and I'll share what I learn in the Prado with you.  💕 

The Madrid airport is gorgeous I wish the picture did it justice.  I settled in at my gorgeous little Posada showered and headed to the Prado museum.  The art is the collection of the royal family and is mostly religious.  The big highlight was seeing the  Bosch triptych The garden of Earthly Delights.  This work is so beautiful it looks like it was painted yesterday. It's wildly imaginative and hard to believe it was painted between 1490-1510!
