Possability People supports disabled people and people living with long term health conditions or impairments. We believe disabled people should be able to live independently, with dignity and without prejudice. We provide advice, information and support for disabled people, their families and friends. We do this through our projects and and services, which include: Advice Centre; Community Employment Service; Hospital Discharge Support Service (help after a stay in hospital); Get Involved Group (user led consultation and feedback); Right Track (support for people with MSK conditions); At Home (our CQC care service); Payroll and Supported Bank Account Service; Shopmobility; Possability Place (our accessible venue for hire). We are based in Brighton and Hove but our services reach across Sussex and into Surrey.
