Born in Detroit, Michigan. Joined the U.S. Air Force in 1981. Joined the U.S. Coast Guard in 1986. Graduated Empire State College (a SUNY school) in 1990. Attend Case Western Reserve University School of law between Aug. 1990 and graduation in December 1992. Met and fell in love with my classmate, Lauren Alexander. We were married between second and 3rd year of law school on August 1992. My first legal employment was as an Assistant Lake County (Ohio) Public Defender in August 1993. I left that office for private criminal defense work in August 1997. I've been a criminal/traffic defense attorney my entire career. As of 2023, I describe myself as 85% retired from the Law. I am looking for a worthy individual to sell my law practice to so that I can achieve 100% retirement, thereby freeing me up to play more Pickleball and volunteer at the Cleveland Food Bank and Habitat for Humanity.
