Alright, instead of me reaching out to this job, the job reached out to me! I'll more than likely be working within the next few days! And from there it's looking to be about 8-10 hour shifts, so very manageable for recording, editing, and posting.. Hopefully! 

I'm going to give this a shot with this coming week of recording and editing and posting as scheduled and see how tired I end up being. I feel like I can do this, but I'll keep you all posted as it goes!

Good morning! say it back... 

Hello everyone! I had a sudden realization that I need to be posting here more. I know a lot of you have been catching the lives, but a lot of you also just watch the videos so let me catch everyone up to speed a bit!

At the moment I've been approached to work a job that will potentially be fulltime, but will award me with a paycheck to get assets that will help me better produce audio in the future. This means that I'll have to pull back the scope of what I was initially planning for. Originally I was hoping for 2 public videos a week, with 1 exclusive youtube audio. And when I was conditioned to that, I would then begin my patreon content and go from there. At the moment this isn't really feeling super doable.

So here's the new plan: 

I upload once a week for public releases along with one short. We'll also do one exclusive audio per week (For the regal brim folks). And when I get more comfortable with that uploading schedule, I'll plan for a patreon release of something like once a month for starters until I figure out uh. "that" style of content, if you catch my drift. 

Also, it seems that releasing videos early for the second tier of membership and higher is a bit... unoptimized? I released a short early for folks and when it was made public it apparently didn't get pushed to anyone so. We may have to change the structure of HOW you get your videos early (Maybe uploading an unlisted version beforehand, then uploading the public version like normal on desired release day.) So I suppose bear with me on figuring this out! Youtube is a very different beast, this algorithm is a bit of a nut to crack sometimes. But very rewarding!

And we now have the opportunity to run ads on videos! What does that mean for here? Tbh, I have no clue! I can't imagine a lot of my audios are super compatible with running an ad (For example, going through guided breathing and then having an ad play would be super disruptive lol) So I'm unsure of exactly how I'd like to do ads. If I could just run ads on specific parts (Like the beginning and end, none in the middle), then I'll be running them on my normal content. Otherwise it'll probably just be on videos I feel wouldn't be too disrupted. We'll see, I will continue to keep you all updated! I know for sure that I'd like to have ads on the livestreams/VODs of lives though! 

I really enjoyed uploading randomly and as much as I wanted, but it's about time we get some structure going. That being said, we've still been growing at an incredible rate, so thank you all for that! You all have been super supportive, and interacting with you all in the discord has been a blast. Hopefully some more events over on the discord when I get things ironed out (Movie nights, community game days, etc)

All that being said, I've got a mic and mic arm listed on my throne for community funding, if you'd like to streamline that process and get the ball rolling quicker you can definitely support in that way, but absolutely no pressure! I'm honestly still surprised any of you have supported me in the ways that you have already, it's only been over a month! 

One thing I know for sure, I'm going to continue this. It's fun, I get to tell little stories, and you all clearly enjoy it. Thank you all for making this way more of a reality than it was just over a month ago.

A bit of a soft announcement, I'll make a proper one later, but I'm thinking I'll do 2 uploads a week, on scheduled days. So far I've legit just been posting whenever I feel like it but now that there's so many of you I'd like to introduce some structure. I've yet to set the days in stone, but I'm thinking something like Mondays and Fridays. We'll see how it goes though, I might change depending on analytics and whatnot (Youtube shows me the time table of when y'all are browsing youtube and whatnot so. I dunno I guess I could use that) That's not to say that I won't do more bonus content like I did with the Roommate venting audio (Maybe less venting :P) so those bonus ones will be reserved for the middle of the week if I feel like it. 

But also... Patreon is in the works. We don't have ads now(That I know of?), but when this channel hits a certain point we will have ads even if you get membership so I'd like for a way for folks to listen to the audios without ads interrupting. I'm verrryyy slowly getting the Patreon prepared. Stay tuned for that in the future!
