pregnancy fitness update 🤰🫶 on top of moving and remodeling, workouts have taken a backseat. I’ve been prioritizing rest, especially with all the packing—it’s exhausting! (Q&A IS COMING & I TALK MORE ABT THIS 👀) at first, I was focused on maintaining muscle, dropping weights in half, and using stuff for balance since my center of gravity is all over the place 😫 I’m running a mile once a week to keep up my stamina and mental health, using a pregnancy belt for tailbone pain. Stretching is helping with stiffness, and I plan to start pelvic floor work soon to prep for labor and recovery 👩🍼 Right now, it’s all about heart health, rest, and maintaining strength. I’m listening to my body and giving it the rest it needs. I’ll post another update as I go!! Also, wearing my fave womens best tank with a built-in bra! Code: Vicky 💘
