The European Parliament Liaison Office in Washington DC (EPLO) is responsible for facilitating the development and strengthening of relations between the European Parliament and the US Congress on issues calling for Transatlantic legislative and political cooperation. EPLO reaches out also to US think tanks, universities and other stakeholder organizations with events and communications raising awareness about the European Parliament, the European Union and transatlantic relations.
