Garlic Mushroom Spinach Chicken 🍄🍗

Ingredients :
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
- 2 cups of sliced mushrooms
- 4 minced garlic cloves
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
- 3 cups of fresh spinach
- Pasta or cooked rice (optional)

Itinéraires :
1. Season chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes on the side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and put away

Garlic Bread Sloppy Joes

Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced green pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
4 slices of Texas toast garlic bread
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
Add the diced onion, green pepper, and garlic to the skillet. Cook for another 3-4 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
Stir in the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, mustard, salt, and pepper. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, until the mixture thickens.
While the sloppy joe mixture is simmering, place the Texas toast garlic bread slices on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes, until golden and crispy.
Spoon the sloppy joe mixture onto the toasted garlic bread slices, then sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Return to the oven for 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve hot.

Shrimp-Stuffed Avocado Boats

Ingredients
• 2 ripe avocados
• 1/2 lb cooked shrimp, chopped
• 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
• 1/4 cup diced cucumber
• 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
• 1 tbsp lime juice
• Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
1. Prepare the Avocados: Cut the avocados in half lengthwise and remove the pits. Scoop out a small amount of the flesh to create a larger cavity for stuffing, if needed. Set aside.
2. Make the Filling: In a medium bowl, combine the cooked shrimp, diced red bell pepper, diced cucumber, chopped cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix gently to combine.
3. Stuff the Avocados: Spoon the shrimp mixture evenly into the cavities of the avocado halves.
4. Serve: Plate the stuffed avocados and serve immediately.

Garlic Herb Grilled Salmon

Ingredients:
* 1 lb (500g) salmon, top loin, loin, or second cut
* Lemon wedges, for serving

Marinade:
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 teaspoon Italian basil, chopped
* 1 tablespoon Italian parsley, chopped
* 1 tablespoon lemon juice
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 3 dashes ground black pepper

Instructions:

1. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, chopped Italian basil, chopped Italian parsley, lemon juice, salt, and ground black pepper. Stir well to make the marinade.

2. Place the salmon in a shallow dish or resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over the fish. Make sure the salmon is evenly coated.

3. Cover the dish or seal the bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour to allow the flavors to infuse.

4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

5. Remove the salmon from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.

6. Place the salmon on the preheated grill, skin-side down if applicable. Grill for 4-5 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of the fillet, until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

7. Remove from the grill and serve immediately with lemon wedges, dill sauce, or sweet chili sauce. Enjoy your Garlic Herb Grilled Salmon!
