Its been almost a year since I got an XP Deus 2 metal detector and I'm finally getting the hang of it...  digging deep targets on pasture and learning not to ignore some easily missable signals... and I find a rare King Stephen (1135 - 1154) silver coin! I hope you enjoy it and hopefully also find it helpful - its out at 6pm this evening!!!! 

I've been goofing around with these two all week dodging the showers in North Devon - more detecting next week!

I know I sometimes moan a bit about the editing side of these videos, but its only because at first it was all a bit new to me… but I am definitely getting faster and it is good fun and worth spending a bit of time on to get right. ...especially if you have a good day’s footage to work with and I’d like to think these evening’s offering is a bit special!

I've just come back from a fantastic little break, fishing in Slovenia; one of the most beautiful countries I have ever been to! If you get a chance, go for it  - its 60% forest!!! Hi Everyone!
Depending on when I finish the edit, the next video will be out either Tomorrow (Thursday) 6pm or more likely Friday 6pm and it features not one but TWO gold Celtic Staters... no kidding! Although the top one is probably a gold plated South Ferriby type but I am not complaining!!!!
