Hey! I'm Joe Brewer and my goal with this channel is to inspire adventure, share backpacking knowledge, and present you with content that keeps your mind in nature, even if you happen to be sitting at home. Home is where the heart is and what better place to call home than the natural world. After making most of my backpacking gear from scratch in 2012, I decided to give that gear the ultimate test by thruhiking the Appalachian Trail. Throughout that 6 month journey I completely re-evaluated my goals in life and set my sights on future hikes. I returned in 2014 to hike the Pacific Crest Trail, thruhiked the Continental Divide Trail in 2015, and have been exploring a variety of trails across the US since. Currently I am building out a truck camper with my partner with the intent of using it as a home base to explore and adventure out of. Subscribe now to keep that adventure spark kindled.
