What’s your current favorite healthy habit? My small goal for this week is to make two veggie-based lunches — starting with this vegetable curry I’m cooking up right now.

I’m not vegetarian, but I’m working on eating meat less often, and this feels like a simple way to start.

What about you? What small healthy habit are you loving lately?

Do you know how bad habits get formed?

By making small, not-so-great choices over and over again.

Every time you grabbed a candy bar instead of a healthier snack, every morning you hit the snooze button instead of getting up — those little choices added up to a habit.

But here’s the good news: good habits form the same way!

Every time you choose a glass of water over soda, take a 10-minute walk, or go to bed on time, you’re casting votes for the healthy lifestyle you want.

It doesn’t have to be perfect. It just has to be consistent. 💪

What’s one small, healthy choice you’re proud of making this week? Let’s celebrate those wins in the comments!

This has been on my mind a lot lately... My kids grab those cheap bakery pizzas at school twice a week for breakfast, and it drives me crazy! I try to give them healthier options at home, but once they're at school, I feel like I lose control.

I know kids love pizza, but I worry about the habits they’re building. Should I be stricter with what they eat at school, or is it fine as long as they eat well at home? I'd love to hear your thoughts!
