Been at home pumping iron for a few weeks, getting ready to hit the road in PH again! 

Still got a ways to go. Today 296 pounds. Just a few years ago my heath was insanely bad, 330 pounds of alcohol and seed oils. Walking up stairs was painful. I’m blessed to have made a little bit of progress and don’t want to go back to Post Covid Tim. (I never had it just a reference to time) 

MMA match DENIED!! I guess he only wants to talk smack from the safety of his computer 😂😂😂 His intelligence definitely on display here too!

No word from the potential competitors. Training must go on! 

The Regional Cybercrime office of the PNP is well aware of  ‪@MOGMAN‬  and his continued rants and claims. We will continue to document his behavior online. In my conversations with the cybercrime officers, they were appalled at his actions and gave me their full support. Unfortunately for them, they were forced to view all the MOGMAN videos in succession, in their entirety. I would not wish that on anyone. Again, thank you to the men and women of the PNP Cybercrime office for their help.
