Welcome to our channel! We are a family of 4 living on our Swedish Homestead: Caroline (the mum, Scottish), Vince (the dad, Dutch) and our 2 daughters Amber and Jasmine. Our cat Fraggle has also come all the way with us, from being an apartment to an outdoor cat and we've added a whole bunch of chickens and some sheep to our homestead as well. In 2020 we decided to finally take the big leap and sold our apartment in Luxembourg where we were living at the time in order to follow our dream to self sufficiency. We started living in a caravan where we had our first daughter (Amber) and then moved to the north of Sweden in 2021. After 1 year of being here we bought a piece of land in the middle of nowhere in Southern Lapland where we are now living and had our second daughter in 2023. Follow us on our channel and watch us work hard towards our goal of growing our own food, raising animals and being self sufficient as much as we possibly can. We're on a search for freedom and independence!
