Welcome to my 360-video travel channel. These are unedited long-form videos I've uploaded from pretty much any new location I go. It's pretty boring stuff -- I just have these here as a service to other travelers who want to get the lay of the land before they travel. About me: I'm a Canadian who lived most of his adult life in Japan, now working as a software developer in Southeast Asia. I bought an Oculus Quest 2 in early 2022 and I really liked watching 360 travel videos. I decided to buy an Insta360 X3 in December 2022 for a trip I was doing to Coron, Philippines...I decided to upload my own long-form 360 videos both for myself to revisit, and to allow other travelers to have a decent look at places they're maybe thinking of visiting. Make sure you're streaming at 4K. Even at that speed, it's not super clear for the Oculus Quest -- unfortunately. I can also be found on: Instagram -- fareast555 TikTok -- mikeinAsia
