Teaching about food and nature.  Videos and content from our 3.5 acre polyculture farm in Welcome NC.  Former teacher and handyman, who has been working this farm for about 8 years, some success, much failure.  It's not as easy as it seems, but it is fun to get out in nature and eat the things you grow.  My AAAAhA moment was the first peach off my very own peach tree, it was delicious, I mean indescribably delicious.  I only got 3 peaches that year and I had like a "the bachelor" style competition in my head to decide who I would share the other 2 peaches with, they were that special.  We've been farming and keeping bees on the place, trying to sell what we grow, trying to improve the farm.  There are some unique ideas and engineering projects we have completed and I'm eager to share my knowledge and skills with anyone who will listen.  I'm a little bit science and a little bit spirituality when it comes to all this.  Nature is amazing
