The Poche Centre aims to build and maintain positive relationships with Aboriginal people and communities and work collaboratively with Aboriginal health services and peak bodies to achieve maximum impact with the available resources. The Poche Centre runs clinics in remote areas for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People, working towards the goal of Healthy Kids, Healthy Teeth and Healthy Hearts. We also run forums and networking meetings to promote dialogue around improving Aboriginal health outcomes. We provide professional development opportunities and scholarships for Aboriginal people and conduct research to inform our practice.
