River (They/Them/Any Pronouns) is a queer and nonbinary poet, educator, and spoken word artist (formerly known as Rae Leigh Poetry) from the inland empire of southern CA and founder of The Verbal Coliseum at UC Riverside. They are inspired by the revolutionary exploration of the self and the natural world, and the perseverance of the human spirit.
