I'm a registered dietitian that felt my calling the moment I crossed the finish line of Ironman Wisconsin in 2014 to help endurance athletes fuel better for their epic events. I coach endurance athletes of all levels in improving performance and body composition through a flexible eating style. I've completed 20+ triathlons, and raced multiple 10Ks and half marathons.
I reside near beautiful Duluth, Minnesota where I'm also a mom of two young boys.
