I'm a dance teacher in Flamenco, Lyrical Arab Dance and Dance Workout. I started studying dance just before I turned 6, and since then I have never stopped investigating the body, movement, learning processes, expression and communication. I have experimented with a huge amount of different forms of dance and movement, mainly deepening Flamenco and dances from the Arab countries through trips to their home territories. I have created my own method of teaching dance and an effective body work that starts from the knowledge and respect for the nature of the body. It includes anatomy, neurology, neuroscience, pedagogy, psychosomatics, communication. My academic studies concerned psycho-pedagogy and psychomotor skills, at the Università Statale of Milan, my native town. In this channel I share reflections and exercises on body awareness, dance, body, learning, expression and on the culture of flamenco and Arabic music and dance
