A Darkroom Project in the middle of the Atlantic

Born in Caldas da Rainha city at May, 27 2013, FocusAG started as an anternative way for film photographers and darkroom newbies develop their film stuff in a cheaper way than the conventional lab prices. All started in a broom-closet without running water. Two years later, June 2016 to be more exact, the project grew up by going in a partnership with an elementry school (Vitorino Nemesio) in the Azores islands, in order to dedicate the FocusAG project as an educational tool for students in Fine Arts, as a research project in the darkroom and film techniques and keeping to offer to film photographers and darkroom newbies, a place to develop and scanning their films in a cheaper way, just like in the beginning, in order to keep the project alive and well, since we don't live trough trust funds.
