Motorsport is entering a new era - greater access to drivers, more transparency from teams, and a larger fanbase than ever experienced before. We admire the men and women who make up the grid: drivers, presenters, team bosses - but what about those behind the scenes? The engineers, the marketers, the tyre-carriers? Enter, Grid Clique. We aim to provide a safe space for everyone in motorsport: the women who are afraid of being judged, the new fans who are trying to avoid gatekeepers, the decades-old supporters - to learn from the individuals pounding the paddock pavement every day. It’s time someone handed those who traditionally wouldn’t have a voice a loudspeaker to share their stories, and help young people who want to launch a career in motorsport find themselves represented in the sport.
