A talk about Palestine is a bi-weekly program with the purpose of informing about the Palestinian cause. We feel strongly that Denmark, in particular, is in need of such a program due to the media's often one-sided and lacking coverage of the ongoing situation. Our ambition is for the program to act as a platform for people with a uniquely personal, professional and intellectual angle on the Palestinian cause. The conversations with contribute to the understanding of both current and historical perspectives on the Palestinian issue. The program, which is the first of its kind here, sees it as its main purpose to gather persons who all have a stake in the Palestinian cause, independent of religious, ethnic and political backgrounds, but who all in each of their unique ways wishes to contribute to understanding and not least of all, freedom and peace for the Palestinian people.
