Been working really hard on the  ‪@THEDAILYCARDIO‬  behind the scenes - SUPER STOKED to say that the first video will be dropping MONDAY❤️. If you have an ERG and a PAIR OF DB’s you can do all the workouts. They’re 10-20 minutes long - Follow along style and I’ll be dropping a workout a day Monday through Friday!

Hey legends ❤️. Sorry I’ve been a bit quiet here, been trying to find purpose and a way to give back to so many of you who’ve supported me and Jas over the years whilst feeling a little lost since the games.

I’ve found that purpose with this new project “the daily cardio”. I’m currently 6 videos edited and uploaded with 3 more recorded.

The plan with this channel with be 5 days a week (Monday-Friday) daily FOLLOW along cardio/bodybuilding / fitness workouts that are between 10-25 minutes and only need an ERG (or you can do shuttle runs if you don’t have one) and a pair of DB’s - So can be done in a commercial gym, open gym or at home with a small set up. 

Once I have 30 videos ready to go, that’s 6 weeks worth of free workouts, the first video will be dropped☺️. And I’m looking for this to continue much further than that. It’ll all be free. Here’s the link to the channel if it interests you❤️
