About Last Night Chile. Yall, I said I was not going to track food; only steps/calorie burn & intermittent fasting (a cool my fitness pal feature). That has officially CHANGED. Now tracking food as well. I gained weight π€¦π½ββοΈ. At least thats what the scale says..that started malfunctioning after a read π€¨. I have Several++ Schools of Thought as to why that will be discussed. - Too much snack grazing instead of just getting a serving size when needed. - Muscle gain..my thighs are tighter & arms have muscle..daily incline walking tones the legs π¦΅π½ - Too much health fats/nuts π₯π°can add up - Too much sodium - Lipedema β¦.Etc Surprisingly, I am not upset about tracking food..itβs kinda fun with My Fitness Pal π€·π½ββοΈ. I feel more in control now vs solely mental tracking. I felt myself slipping. So happy to share π

Yall, I am about to go in on my refeed π€€. This approach allows me to eat the way I want (within reason) without tracking. Find an eating style/system that works for you & is sustainable long term. i love feeling like i can eat freely bc the energy dished out covers me. π
