About Last Night Chile.  Yall, I said I was not going to track food; only steps/calorie burn & intermittent fasting (a cool my fitness pal feature).  That has officially CHANGED.  Now tracking food as well.  I gained weight πŸ€¦πŸ½β€β™€οΈ.  At least thats what the scale says..that started malfunctioning after a read 🀨. I have Several++  Schools of Thought as to why that will be discussed. 

- Too much snack grazing instead of just getting a serving size when needed.  
- Muscle gain..my thighs are tighter & arms have muscle..daily incline walking tones the legs 🦡🏽
- Too much health fats/nuts πŸ₯œπŸŒ°can add up
- Too much sodium
- Lipedema ….Etc

Surprisingly, I am not upset about tracking food..it’s kinda fun with My Fitness Pal πŸ€·πŸ½β€β™€οΈ.  I feel more in control now vs solely mental tracking.  I felt myself slipping.  So happy to share πŸ’™
