I’m so honored that you trust me with your health and wellness🎄🤍 I hope you all have the best Christmas, if you celebrate 🫶🏼 I used to feel so anxious about the holidays because I was worried about “falling off the bandwagon” with my health and fitness. So, in case anyone needs to hear this… I’m literally eating chocolate as we speak and plan to continue for approximately 48 hours. I’ll be reporting back to fitness and nutrition on the 26th.
