A lot of retired men or those close to retirement come to the Philippines with the goal of finding a wife, sometimes women in their early 20s or even teenagers to take back to their home country as their wives.

But it makes me wonder: What are they really expecting in the long run?

If someone marries a very young woman, maybe one coming from a completely different background or even from poverty, do they think such a relationship will automatically work out in a different culture and lifestyle?

My real question is, why not choose someone closer to your age—or at least someone with a similar level of maturity?

Hey guys! Do you think couples should share their phone passwords with each other? Why or why not?

I think, it shouldn’t be a question at all. Trust and transparency with everything cus you share everything. But I know people have different opinions and reasons, that’s why this question is being asked.

What are your thoughts?

Hey guys! 🌟

As the year wraps up, the Philippines is finalizing the shutdown of Philippine Offshore Gaming Operators (POGOs). Recent reports indicate that approximately 24,000 former POGO employees have already left the country.

I'm curious to hear your thoughts:

Do you believe this decision has benefited the Philippines, or has it hindered our development?
One thing for sure is it affected the real Estate Industry.

Hey guys! I've been thinking about how a lot of our Filipino dishes are loaded with sugar (yeah, you know what I’m talking about—those sweet sauces, desserts, and even savory dishes that sneak in extra sweetness). For anyone dealing with diabetes or just keeping an eye on their blood sugar, how do you feel about this? Are you worried about certain foods? Do you have any tips for enjoying your fave Pinoy meals without the sugar spike?

Let’s chat—drop your thoughts below! I’m curious to hear your experiences and maybe learn some healthier workarounds together. 💬👇

Hey everyone! Have you heard about the recent political drama in the Philippines? Vice President Sara Duterte publicly stated that she had arranged for an assassin to target President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., his wife, and the House Speaker if anything were to happen to her. She emphasized that this was not a joke.

This bold statement has intensified the rift between the two leading political families in the country. President Marcos has condemned the threat, labeling it a criminal act, and has vowed to counter any such moves.

In response, the National Bureau of Investigation has summoned Vice President Duterte for questioning regarding her remarks. She, however, did not attend the scheduled hearing.

This situation has sparked debates about the stability of the current administration and the implications for the country's political landscape. What are your thoughts on this unfolding political saga?

Hey everyone!

Did you hear about Mount Kanlaon's recent eruption in Negros Island? On December 9, 2024, the volcano released a massive ash plume reaching up to 3,000 meters high, prompting evacuations within a 6-kilometer radius. Authorities have raised the alert level to 3, indicating a higher risk of hazardous activity.

This isn't the first time Kanlaon has shown its power; it also erupted in June 2024, affecting residents in nearby villages.

Given the Philippines' location in the Pacific "Ring of Fire," volcanic eruptions are a recurring concern. What do you think are the most effective measures to ensure the safety of residents living near active volcanoes?
