There are many other Harbor Freight Tools Reviews & Mods channels and playlists on YouTune where they purchase Harbor Freight Tools for the exclusive purpose of reviewing them. This is not the case with our channel and playlist. Our Harbor Freight Tools Reviews & Mods playlist catalogs Harbor Freight Tools Reviews & Mods of the tools that I own, have reviewed, and modified! All our Harbor Freight Tools were purchased for a specific task or to add to and enhance my woodworking workspace. If you are not familiar with Harbor Freight Tools and why so many people buy and like them, here is a little history about the company. Harbor Freight Tools is a privately held discount tool and equipment retailer founded in 1976. Yes, they are a year older than Home Depot but perhaps not as well recognized because it is not traded publicly. Harbor Freight Tools headquarters are in Calabasas, California, and as of the publishing of this video, it operated in over 1,000 retail locations in 48 states. If you donβt have a Harbor Freight Tools retail location near you, donβt frown, the company also offers a very successful mail-order and e-commerce business. In the past, many of my friends have criticized my support for the company. That is because 80 to 90% of the products found there are, Made in China! Hey, I am a nationalist and supportive of Made in the USA as the next guy; however, when your budget does not permit, your choices are limited to the Chinese crap from eBay or WISH.COM. You can also go to Harbor Freight, a company that employs over 20,000 Americans, and get a much better tool for about the same price. Your other option is to go to AMAZON, Home Depot, Loweβs, and or Walmart and get a very similar product, also Made in China, costing two or three times as much. My support for πππ«ππ¨π« π π«ππ’π π‘π Tools had a lot to do with value. When we moved to SWFL, and I started designing my garage woodworking workspace, I quickly realized that if I wanted to have everything I was looking for, tool wise, I had to cut some corners. If I wanted to have the catalog of tools I desired, shopping at Harbor Freight Tools would be part of the solution. I mean, I knew about Harbor Freight Tools, but other than a few little things here and there, it was not a place I frequented, and I regret not doing so earlier or as often. That is the reason I decided to add the Harbor Freight Tools Reviews & Mods playlist to my channel. Today, a good percentage of the tools and materials at my garage woodworking shop came from Harbor Freight Tools. These include my benchtop drill press, sander, grinder, Braun shop light, air compressor, and many other hand tools like chisels, drill bits, screwdrivers, and hammers! I have found that as long as you use these tools properly and store them properly, they offer excellent value. Those savings have allowed me to incorporate a range of tools into my garage woodworking workspace that it would have taken me a much longer time to acquired otherwise. Not doing the unboxing and individual reviews for all the tools I own is something I regret. However, and without a doubt, you will see more Harbor Freight Tools Reviews & Mods on my channel in upcoming videos. After all, the garage workspace is nowhere near complete, and as it evolves, so do my requirements and ideas. As always, I hope you can take something away from my videos, even though some may be a little long. My objective is to show anyone who is just getting started the mistakes I have made, hoping that they donβt repeat it!
