mayryanna is a modern, eclectic Pagan who's established Onesce Press, Onesce Media, and the Onescence online periodical, all of which provide a variety of resources and tools for personal development and spiritual growth. As a part of her own spiritual practice, she has been doing Year and a Day devotional commitments for several years now. For 2025, she has been asked to show up and hold space every day, by streaming her meditation practice LIVE. 

She has accepted the challenge to meditate on camera for the entire 366 days, regardless of how she might be feeling, looking, or sounding on any particular day. Intuitively, she knows it's important for her to demonstrate what a real, daily meditation practice can look like, with all its imperfections.

Supplemental videos explaining specific techniques and mantras will be provided and linked in the daily meditations for your convenience.
